1. Shipping Method

Standard shipping is usually more economical and suitable for orders with less urgent time requirements; Expedited shipping can deliver your selected furniture faster. If you need the goods urgently, you can choose this method. Each shipping method has a clear fee description when placing an order, and you can choose according to your own situation.

2. Shipping Time
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days after the order is confirmed and processed. The estimated shipping time is 7-15 business days, which may vary depending on the destination.

Expedited Shipping: After the order is confirmed, we will give priority to delivery within 1 business day, and the estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days. Please note that the shipping time is only an estimate, and the actual delivery time may be affected by force majeure factors such as customs clearance speed at the destination, holidays, etc.

3. Delivery
Free shipping is available for orders of US$39.99 and above.

4. Duties and Taxes
Depending on the relevant policies of the destination country or region, some orders may incur duties, VAT and other taxes. These costs are borne by the recipient. We cannot estimate the specific amount in advance. You can check the relevant tax rate standards on the official website of the local customs department.

When the goods are declared, we will declare the value and quantity of the goods truthfully to ensure that they meet the regulatory requirements of the destination country or region. If customs clearance problems are caused by false declaration information, the sender shall be responsible.

5. Shipping Tracking
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use the tracking link we provide to check the order shipping status in real time and understand the location of your furniture during transportation.

6. Shipping Damage and Loss
If the goods you received are damaged during transportation, please contact us by email at contact@helpcustomer24h.com within 1-3 working days after receiving the goods, and provide photos of the damaged goods and order information. We will provide you with a replacement or refund service based on the actual situation.

If the order is lost during transportation, we will verify the situation with the logistics company and re-ship or refund within 1-2 working days after confirming the loss.

7. Return and Exchange Transportation
If you need to return or exchange goods, you need to bear the transportation costs of the returned goods and choose a traceable transportation method to send them back. Please ensure that the original packaging, labels and accessories are intact when the goods are returned, and they will not affect the secondary sale.

After receiving the returned goods and confirming that they are correct, we will exchange or refund according to your requirements. The refund will be returned to the account you used when paying, and the specific arrival time may vary depending on the payment institution.
